Paypal Supports Fraud and Sale of Counterfeit Goods

I recently purchased a pair of Bose Triport headphones from www.good-headphones.com using the Paypal service. The item turned out to be fake. When an earphone link snapped unexpectedly, the seller would not reply to my emails so I sent the item to Bose for repair, who confirmed IN WRITING (an official letter) that the headphones are counterfeit.

When Paypal were informed, they were unwilling to do anything at all to help, saying that until a seller has had TWO complaints of a similar nature from TWO different customers, they wouldn't take it seriously. I reminded them I have an official manufacturer's confirmation that the seller is a criminal selling counterfeit goods.

Here's the main point to bear in mind: GO TO GOOD-HEADPHONES.COM NOW AND YOU WILL SEE THE PAYPAL LOGO VERY PROMINENT ON THE HOMEPAGE - THEY ARE ENDORSING AND SUPPORTING THE SALE OF COUNTERFEIT GOODS. Let's not forget, they are also making money from this criminal seller and are therefore engaging in black market activity themselves.

NEVER AGAIN will I see the Paypal logo on a site and presume that it is trustworthy.
