Bobs Story

Hi I have just had £20 taken from my account for an item that someone did not receive (apparently) I faxed the posting receipt as requested and still they have gone in the buyers favour, refunded £20 and said that this has been settled amicalbly!!
I am not happy I have lost £20 and my item, what can I do?
